Purity and quality control often rely on manual inspection - slow, subjective, and difficult to reproduce across operators, sites, and seasons. Subtle defects (skin damage, discoloration, foreign material) are frequently missed or scored inconsistently.

High-resolution imaging + AI segmentation/classification to quantify purity, detect broken/damaged seeds, discoloration, and foreign materials. Outputs include per-grain morphology metrics, calibrated color index, and defect severity scores with traceable CSV/Excel reports.
