Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vibe websites, products, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: March 6, 2026
1. Use of the service
You may use Vibe websites, datasets, and tools only in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity carried out under your account or using your contact details. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
2. Research datasets
Datasets provided through the Vibe site are intended for research, benchmarking, and method development. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not certified for use in production, safety- critical, clinical, or regulatory decision-making. You are responsible for verifying whether a dataset and its license are suitable for your intended use.
3. Intellectual property
Vibe and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Vibe hardware, software, website, and branding. Datasets may be subject to specific third-party licenses indicated on the dataset page. You must follow the applicable license terms and retain any required attribution or citation notices.
4. Accounts and content you provide
If you submit content to Vibe (for example: feedback, sample images, or custom datasets), you grant Vibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to provide this content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Disclaimers
The service and datasets are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of results. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vibe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the use of the service. Vibe's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid to Vibe for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify the service or these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vibe is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
