Genome-wide association analysis of spike and kernel traits in the U.S. hard winter wheat
Kernel length, width, and area were recorded with a Vibe QM3 grain analyzer across 297 U.S. hard winter wheat accessions, feeding a genome-wide association study that identified 53 marker-trait associations for spike and kernel traits.
