Mixed Rice Ratio Analysis: Basmati, Brown, Red and Wild
Quantify mix ratios and composition in mixed rice using calibrated imaging, segmentation, morphology, and color index classification.

Problem
Mixed lots are hard to quantify consistently with visual inspection, especially across operators and sites. Small color shifts, similar shapes, and partial breakage make manual ratio estimates noisy and non-repeatable.
Vibe solution
Imaging-based segmentation + classification using morphology features (length/width, shape, broken kernels) and calibrated color index to estimate component ratios, distributions, and contamination signals. Results exported to CSV/Excel for QC baselines.
Measured outcomes
Reliable, repeatable mix-ratio outputs suitable for batch comparison, supplier validation, and standardized QC thresholds.
