The United States Standards for Sorghum, maintained by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (7 CFR §§ 810.1401-810.1405), define grade factors including test weight, damaged kernels, broken kernels, and foreign material. Vibe workflows can measure some of the same visual characteristics — damaged kernels, broken kernels, and foreign material — for internal comparison and visual screening. Characteristics outside image-based measurement require the applicable official or laboratory method, and this does not constitute an official USDA grade.
